To ask a question, or receive more information or set up an appointment, please complete the form below. 

I'm available from 7:00AM to 9:00PM, Monday through Friday and sometimes on weekends. If you're looking to set up an appointment, please do so by filling in the information below. You'll be contacted within 24 hours.

You can also reach me via phone. If you get my voice-mail, it generally means I'm working with someone else. In general, I will call you back the day you contact me. Every effort will be made to set up an appointment within a week of your voice mail. 

For family therapy services and evaluations, appointments may involve coming to your home or seeing your child (observing, collecting data, interviewing and coaching teachers) in the setting where problems most occur (in the school or home).
