• School-based behavioral management consulting (especially for tough schools), with a focus on teaching schools how to develop, implement, monitor, evaluate and refine a school-wide (and classroom focused) positive behavioral support system,

• Executive coaching wherein a  brief process is initiated (but can it often go on for extended periods when necessary)  in which cognitive and behavioral strategies are used to focus on specific behaviors, attitudes and thought processes that interfere with effective leadership and management,
• Treatment & Therapy Services for Children, Adolescents, Adults, Couples and Families. Such services are typically provided in the natural setting (home, school, community) as opposed to an office environment. This allows CCPA to get a better understanding of not just who you are, but also the situations and settings that affect your life. We also conduct functional behavioral analysis and psychological evaluations (in partnerships with several other clinicians).
  

CCPA's school-based and management services uses practical, realistic and cost effective strategies when working in schools and private/public sector organizations. Only meaningful and relevant data for decision making is collected and used to "root out" issues that interfere with achieving your organizations mission, goals and objectives. Schools (especially the Discipline Committee or Executive Team) are intensely trained on how to develop and execute action plans that create relevant  change, refine the course they're on, or introduce new ways of conducting business to reduce costs, increase efficiency and become more effective leaders and managers. Execution or implementation is where most organizations stumble, and this is where CCPA make the difference!

Treatment services focus exclusively on children with a severe emotional and/or behavioral disorder, the family, school and other agencies who may be involved in the process. We also serve adults with a severe and persistent mental illness, their family and others whose lives are touched by the illness.
